Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data REBOUND collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
REBOUND designs and supplies padel courts and is based in London, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: dmitriy.kozhara@gmail.com.
What we collect
- When you request a quote: your name and email, and anything else you choose to give: company or club, phone, country, city, who the court is for, where it will go, timing, number of courts, your message and your court configuration.
- When you ask for a specification by email: your email, optionally your name, and the configuration you built.
- How you found us: with each form we record the page you landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source or an ad click ID). These are kept in your browser for up to 30 days and only sent to us if you submit a form.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Your browser stores your language, currency, last configuration and the campaign details above in local storage so the site works as you left it; you can clear them in your browser settings.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your request, prepare a quote or specification and follow up about your project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and understanding which channels bring them. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts this website and receives form submissions.
- Google provides our email service and the web fonts used on the site; loading the fonts sends your IP address to Google.
Where data is processed outside the UK, it is covered by the providers' data processing terms and the safeguards they put in place under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep project records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
